You Need To Grow If You Want
Your Success To Grow

When you call a friend and ask them, "What's new?", what do they usually say? And if they say, "Nothing", what do you say?

Now - What about you? What do you say when a friend calls and asks you "What's new"?

Isn't it about time both of you had something really good to say? Like - Well, just listen to a couple of kids talking - They're busy telling each other about how they learned to ride a big bike without training wheels or swim or any number of things. Stories about how they're growing.

Next time your friend calls you and asks, "What's new"?, tell them about something you learned. Tell them about how you're growing.

By the time you finish reading this page you'll have access to information dealing with such issues as:

Understanding the need for changes
Knowing the benefits of Growth

Learn one of the most important reasons some people are so successful. Have you heard - "The hardest teacher is the best teacher".

We tend to remember "hard" lessons.

But the terms "hard" or "soft" or "good" or "bad" just don't apply when we speak about growth.

Because any and every experience teaches us.

Experience teaches us - "If you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always gotten". Thus the need for Growth.

Many of us live in a limited range of experience. Unaware of all the chances we have. Except - there's this gnawing sense that there must be more to life than we already know.

Changes Many of us resist Growth and block off experience. Because it can mean changing the way things are and leaving what we know behind.

Even when we know this change is for the best, or at least the better, we still resist. Because when we must let go of something that's meant a good deal to us, it hurts.

But to be able to grow, we must go through these changes.

It's a matter of giving up old habits and tired approaches. Cutting out what's not really needed anymore. Putting parts of us we've outgrown behind us.

The process can feel a little like dying.

This is easy enough to understand because it's true - It's the death of your old, familiar, self to allow for the Growth of a new one.

Be courageous Learn to surrender to your experience rather than fight it. When you do, you'll feel a surprising joy and begin to flow within your new life.

Once you experience this newfound joy and connection with the world at large, you'll begin to realize it's true - "There is nothing to fear but fear itself".

Gaining from growth This openness will soon begin to grow into a sense of inner strength and self-assurance.

You'll feel a radiant vitality
Your true self will begin to flourish
You'll be able to realize your greatness

Then no new challenge(s) will be too hard.

You'll look forward to Learning New Skills.

And thinking about:

Consistency and flexibility
Forward thinking
Motivation and drive
Pressing the envelope

You'll learn to draw to you everything you need to feel confident of your success in the work world.

Bottom line. "We do our best that we know how at the moment, and if it doesn't turn out, we modify it". (F. D. Roosevelt)

Growth is about learning from every experience.

Don't ever stop growing.
